Design by Sam Teoh Architects

The property borders on a national Park in the Serpentine region. The house sits on a face of a hill which provides extensive views across the region. Sam Teoh Architects designed a series of pavilions which reduces the mass of the building and minimises visual and physical impact on the site as the clients were interested in large spaces for entertaining.

The outdoor entertainment deck makes the most of the breathtaking views with a striking waterfall edge pool.

Warm earthy tones and dark timber throughout to create warmth with the green ochres colour palette complimenting the timber and reflecting the colours of the landscape.
